La Schiacciata Firenze offers delicious gourmet focaccia in Florence’s historic Central Market, in the San Lorenzo area. Through a careful selection of the highest quality ingredients, we offer our customers only the best for a Tuscan street food experience full of flavor!
In June 2025, La Schiacciata Firenze opened its second location in Pistoia, followed by a third in Bassano del Grappa in December 2025.
